In all, nearly 20 women work together to make the pottery.  Most are formally trained artists, while others have been trained on-site.  The current team of artists includes college students, grandmothers, women with past lives in corporate America, muralists, interior decorators and former school teachers.  This diverse mix of backgrounds, skills and abilities all comes together to produce work that continues to evolve and improve.
